Display and it's associates will not share your details - name, address or email address with anyone. Information is purely used to contact you and send your package and to notify of new images available and deals.

Copyright

Display owns complete copyright of all images, you are purchasing a single printed image, each print purchased cannot be scanned, duplicated and reproduced in any way shape or form or used in any way of marketing or promotional and/or advertising material. By purchasing the image you are not purchasing the copyright or any royalties involved.

Shipping

The upmost care is taken of your image, right from the first step.

1. Once printed the image is carefully placed in acid free tissue paper and then wrapped flat.

2. The wrapped image is then placed flat inside a cardboard folder slightly bigger than the image to protect the edges to avoid any damage. The cardboard together becomes about 8mm thick.

3. The image is then wrapped in 250gsm paper and tied off with twine with your shipping details and return address.

- Image is never folded or rolled in our packing process and materials have been chosen to protect the image as best as possible within transit.

- Multiple prints on one order will be separated with an additional layer of cardboard.

- Biodegradable packaging has been made, sourced and selected where possible in NZ giving us approximately 99% biodegradable products!

Print details

- All prints are ink jet printed in Rangiora New Zealand on high quality archival (long lasting) paper, this is chosen and is designed to showcase the best of the image, with the fullest most vibrant of colours, whitest of whites and blackest of blacks that can be enjoyed for years without any fear of discolouration or disintegration of the paper when properly mounted framed and protected.

- Unless stated otherwise all prices are for the unframed (loose) print at the sizing you select.

- All dimensions are the approximate image size after printing (the coloured surface of the paper excluding white border) unless otherwise stated. Because dimensions can vary between printings please wait until the prints are delivered to have frames made so you can measure the image in real life.

- Digital image files are never given or supplied.

- All prices include GST of 15% where applicable.

- Prints are not water proof

- The colour and exposure of images printed can differ and are not exactly from what you see on screen, as every screen resolution and colour cast can alter slightly from one another. We have tried to give the best representation of the images you will receive in various scenes and situations as well as a full screen image to view. Prints are of better quality and printed at it's full resolution.

Returns

- In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service team before sending back the items in question. No refunds or reprints will be given unless you have contacted first.

- In the event of a return you will need to return the print to us at your cost, undamaged. On return a full refund or replacement image of the same purchase is available and will be supplied.

Delivery

- Prints are not held in stock and are organised and printed fresh and packed individually on each order. Prints can take up to 48hours to process off site, once printed and packaged it will be sent as soon as possible. Delivery times will vary, estimated times will be around 7 days from the time of order. If we come across or made aware of any issues we will do our best to notify you asap.

- Overseas orders will be processed the same, but times will vary and wont be available until order is placed.

- Tracking numbers are supplied with each order.
