• We print your image onto high quality professional lustré photographic paper, our giclée (zhee-KLAY) (large format fine art prints) are made using the latest Epson professional inkjets. With giclée printing, you can expect a higher quality product that lasts longer than your run-of-the-mill inkjet prints, and there is certain criteria that must be met for a print to be considered a giclée - for instance the resolution must be at least 300 dots per inch - That's a lot of dots! This results in the print having extremely fine colour fidelity and exceptional detail that is suitable for museum and gallery display. Giclée art prints are printed by a very sophisticated digital printer which delivers a fine stream of extremely long life ink onto archival paper.

• We choose to use a satin finish lustré, 285gsm photo paper, which produces vibrant and long-lasting colours and has a low sheen look.

• In addition, you must take into account the protection and framing of the artwork - To maintain the integrity of a giclée print on paper, it is important to protect the work behind glass. An acid-free mat and quality-frame are highly recommended as well, all completed by a professional picture framer. All prints come with a white border to allow for this process.
